Northern Indiana Public Service Company
This project called for the removal of the existing coal tar pitch roof system and replacement with a new coal tar pitch and gravel roof system. The existing skylights and skylight screen fences were also removed and replaced with walkable fiberglass panels and associated sheet metal work.
This roofing project was 130 feet above the floor level and extra precaution was taken to protect workmen on the interior of the building as well as the workmen performing the roofing and skylight installation. A safety net was designed and installed under the skylights prior to the onset of construction. After Construction
