Roof Tech Inc. can act as your representative, inspecting roof construction in progress. Inspections can be full-time or intermittent on a schedule of your choice. Objective and knowledgeable oversight during construction insures your roof will be installed as specified. During quality assurance inspections Roof Tech:

• Insures that all material delivered to the project is as specified and as submitted by the contractor and that materials are properly protected from the weather.



• Views the installation in progress during the roof construction, delivering a written report to the owner and the contractor.



• Conducts a final inspection and prepares a punch list if needed.



• Is available for a final inspection by the manufacturer.
